From 2001 thru 11-15-2011, I was Co-Founder at UnitedLayer LLC where I held various positions during ~ 10 years including: Co-Director of Facilities, Operations Supervisor, Datacenter Manager, and Billing Staff. In Q4-2010, I co-led LLC-Members to a business sale where we analyzed the transaction and eventually sold the company to Accelon Capital on 09-03-2010.
From 09-03-2010 to 11-15-2011 (14.5 months), I shared responsibility for training the new management team (2 x MBAs) on the business model, datacenter operations, sales processes, and facility infrastructure.
Note: The "14.5 months" is typical of M&A transactions and is customary transition period from old management to new management; in most cases the avg. range is 6 months to 2 years.
